SNAPS is a registered charity set up and run by the parents and carers of children with special needs.The group has been running since 2004.
The group is open to any family who has a child with special needs.
If you are a parent or carer of a child or young adult with special needs then SNAPS is for you!
Come and visit us and join in dance, swimming, hydrotherapy, football, crafts, or just relax and have a chat and a cuppa!

The Big Thanks nominations are open!
The Big T Awards are intended to recognise those individuals, teams or organisations who have gone that extra mile in supporting families with a child with a disability.
The Big T is your opportunity to say a Big Thank You to people who make a positive difference to your lives Nominees and winners will be announced at The Big Tea Party on Monday 27th September, where the 2011 SNAPS Calendar will also be launched. All nominations must be received by 21st August 2010.
There will be awards for individuals as well as teams
So perhaps you would like to thank the neighbour or family member who helps with babysitting, the support worker who goes above and beyond, the amazing teacher or the volunteer worker who make all the difference to your family life.
Or maybe there is a charity, local authority, organisation or company who deserve recognition for the work they do for and with disabled children. There are no strict categories, the only criteria is that the person or group make a positive difference to families with a child with a disability.
